A fun space for play therapy

About Me

My approach to counselling is compassionate, collaborative and tailored to each individual, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma or a significant life transition, I work alongside you to explore what matters most and identify a way forward that feels right for you.

My approach and experience

A safe and calm space surrounded by greenery

My professional journey began within the NSW Health Service where I had the opportunity to work in several roles which allowed me to develop a broad understanding of client care in regional and rural communities.

My interest grew in trauma-informed care and mental health, particularly in understanding how early experiences, life stressors, and systemic factors can shape emotional wellbeing and coping patterns across a lifespan. This interest has continued to guide my practice, strengthening my commitment to provide care that is compassionate, inclusive, collaborative, and responsive to each person’s unique experiences and needs.

I am passionate about working with children, adolescents and adults. I believe that significant work can be done, particularly when counselling is tailored to specific needs. I work from a trauma-informed approach integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, EMDR. I strive to create a space where people feel heard, understood and empowered to navigate life’s challenges in a way that aligns with their values and goals.
